We're looking for someone who wants to learn how and why the work is done, take on increasing responsibility, and ultimately develop the skills necessary to lead a residential roofing crew.
Previous roofing or construction experience is ideal. Work ethic, reliability, mechanical ability, willingness to learn, and leadership potential are more important to us.

As your knowledge and abilities grow, you'll be given increasing responsibility with the goal of progressing toward a Residential Foreman position.
What You'll Do
You'll start by working directly with experienced crew members and foremen on residential roofing projects throughout Greater Cincinnati.
Your responsibilities will grow with your abilities and may include:

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in people who want to build a career rather than simply find their next job.
You may be a good fit if you:

Enjoy working with your hands and learning how things are built

Take pride in producing quality work

Are dependable and show up ready to work

Those tasks are part of learning the trade, but our goal is to develop someone who can eventually understand the entire roofing project, make good decisions, communicate with customers, maintain our quality standards, and lead a crew.
If you demonstrate the ability and initiative, we want to give you more responsibility.
