HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. This position is dedicated to the physical installation and replacement of residential and light commercial systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and clean equipment setups.

Core Responsibilities

• Equipment Installation: Perform full removals and installations of air handlers, condensers, and furnaces.
• Technical Execution: Complete professional-grade brazing, install line sets, and handle high/low voltage wiring for new systems.
• Ductwork & Airflow: Fabricate and install necessary transitions and ductwork to ensure optimal system performance.
• System Start-up: Ensure all new equipment is properly charged, leveled, and commissioned according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in HVAC equipment change-outs or new construction installations.
• Certifications: Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of split systems, heat pumps, and package units.
• Quality Standard: Ability to deliver "picture-perfect" installs that meet all local building codes and safety standards.

Physical Demands & Expectations

• Ability to work in varying conditions, including attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.
• Must possess the necessary hand tools for HVAC installation.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
