Residential HVAC Technician

We are a local family owned & operated HVAC company looking for a Service Technician to join our team to service residential systems in the Central Florida area. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable person with a positive attitude who wants to work and make money.

The right candidate will:
*Have a minimum 5yrs experience
*Have a Clean Florida DL
*Be Drug Free & Clean Background
*Have all of your own trade tools that are needed to perform your job responsibilities
*Be able to work as a team player
*Be clean cut and presentable
*Be able to work Holidays, Weekends, Evenings and be on an on-call rotation
*Working with Home Warranty Companies previously a Plus

Responsibilities of the job:
*Troubleshoot & Diagnose on the first trip, Repair, Perform thorough Annual Maintenance on all types of Residential HVAC Systems (Package, Split, Mini Splits, Zone, Gas Furnaces, Water to Air)
*Be personable & knowledgeable
*Be able to give the homeowners all their options, including upgrading to keep them cooling, comfortable and saving money
*Give Free Estimates on System Change out's, Duct work, Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning, Attic Insulation
*Must be able to read wiring diagrams
