Pay: This full-time job pays $25 – $35 per hour, depending on your experience. This comes with a $1,500 signing bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: You will work full-time year-round, helping customers in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We have weekly training to help you learn and grow.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will drive to customers' homes to fix, install, and take care of heating and cooling systems. Your day will include finding and solving problems, talking with customers, and working with your team. You will help keep people comfortable in their homes and make sure the job is done right every time.

RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year(s) of experience as an HVAC Technician (3+ years preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 3+ year(s) of driving experience
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow through weekly training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
