About the role
Acre NY is hiring a full-time Residential Listing Agent to join our on-site sales team in New York City. This is a client-facing role: you'll meet buyers, host open houses, and build relationships across our project inventory in Long Island City, Astoria, Manhattan, Williamsburg, Sunnyside, and Bushwick — with senior agents guiding you through every project. Ideal for a motivated agent with some experience who's ready to level up.

Responsibilities

• Meet and build relationships with buyers and sellers (client-facing)
• Host open houses every weekend (required)
• Conduct showings and work directly with buyers and sellers
• Follow up on leads and drive deals to closing
• Work with your project lead to learn the process deal by deal
• Collaborate with the in-office team on closings and marketing

Requirements

• Active New York State real estate salesperson license
• 1+ years of residential real estate experience (junior to mid-level welcome)
• Fluent English with strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and local buyers
• Based in the New York City area
• Available full-time in office, including weekends for open houses
• Self-driven, professional, strong woprk ethnics and a strong communicator
