Main Duties

• Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical and care team.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aged care service.
• Drive high standards of clinical governance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Foster a culturally safe environment for residents and staff.
• Build strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders.
• Deliver care that deeply respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditions and culture.

Essentials

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven clinical leadership experience within residential aged care.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and compliance.
• Genuine experience and understanding of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
