Reliable personal transportation is required for this position. Our painters travel to customer job sites, so you must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to put paint on a wall. We’re looking for a professional residential painter who understands proper preparation, attention to detail, clean job sites, customer service, and what it takes to deliver a finished product we can stand behind.

Our goal is to build a team of high-quality painters and future crew leaders who can consistently meet our standards and take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior residential painting.
• Complete thorough surface preparation, including patching, sanding, caulking, priming, masking, and repairs.
• Apply paint with professional brush, roller, and spray techniques when appropriate.
• Produce clean, consistent, professional finishes.
• Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, landscaping, and finished surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Follow company processes and quality-control standards.
• Identify and correct imperfections before the customer sees them.
• Complete projects efficiently without sacrificing workmanship.
• Take ownership of the quality and completion of assigned work.

Reliable Transportation

Because our projects are located at different customer properties, reliable personal transportation is a requirement of the job.

You must be able to:

• Consistently arrive at job sites on time.
• Travel between customer properties when necessary.
• Transport your personal tools and work necessities.
• Maintain dependable transportation throughout your employment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
