What You'll Be Doing

As our Residential Plumber / Water Heater Installer, you'll:

• Install, replace, and service tank and tankless water heaters
• Diagnose plumbing and related heating issues with confidence
• Ensure all work meets local building and plumbing codes
• Pull permits and maintain compliance when required
• Work safely, cleanly, and professionally inside customers’ homes
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time

You'll be trusted to represent our brand in the field - and we'll give you the support to succeed.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4+ years of residential plumbing experience (water heater installs strongly preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of local codes, safety standards, and permit procedures
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Pride in your work and the drive to grow
