Residential Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Review plans, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

Monitor expenses and proactively seek cost-saving opportunities.

Lead larger scope and complex project planning and execution.

• Communication and Client Interaction:

Act as the primary point of contact with the Home Owner, instilling confidence in your leadership.

Present not only problems but also accommodating solutions for all parties.

Regularly communicate project progress and issues with homeowners, ensuring a positive client experience.

Conduct weekly on-site meetings with homeowners, documenting results in Builders Trend.

• Change Management:

Review prints, make suggestions, and ensure changes are documented in Builders Trend.

Create change orders for modifications to the plan and ensure homeowner acceptance before work begins.

Onboard and find new trades as needed to meet project requirements.

• Team Leadership:

Lead construction teams effectively, assigning tasks and providing guidance.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure subcontractors meet deadlines or explore alternative solutions to keep projects on task and on budget.

• Quality Control and Safety:

Ensure projects meet high-quality standards through regular inspections.

Prioritize safety at all times and enforce safety rules.

Train the team to prioritize safety and adhere to regulations.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Keep accurate records of project progress in Builders Trend.

Prepare project reports highlighting status, budget, and potential problems.

Have weekly meetings with homeowners to communicate regularly and report results.

Ensure all purchase or change orders in Builders Trend are up to date.

• Representation:

Represent yourself as part of Nightingale Company, understanding that your communication and presentation reflect the company.

Be a positive point of contact with stakeholders, presenting accommodating solutions for a win-win outcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
