Tired of being asked to blur ethical lines?

Want to join a 2026 Best Place to Work in Dallas-Fort Worth?

If you’re answer is yes,

We’re looking for a bilingual Project Manager who can confidently lead crews, communicate with homeowners, solve problems in the field, and drive projects from job start through final collection.

Role Overview

As a Residential Remodel Project Manager, you’ll manage residential remodeling projects from start through completion and collection.

You’ll coordinate crews, protect project budgets, maintain clear communication with homeowners, inspect quality throughout production, complete strong punchouts, and create a five-star customer experience.

This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, problem-solving, and seeing a project completed the right way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential remodeling projects from job start through completion and collection.
  • Review scopes with Sales and crews before work begins.
  • Lead job starts, regular project checks, and final punchouts.
  • Keep projects within their established budgets and moving toward completion.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners and manage expectations throughout the project.
  • Hold crews accountable to scope, workmanship, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Resolve project and customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Collect final payment within 48 hours of project completion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, exit reports, QA documentation, and before-and-after photos.
  • Identify appropriate add-on sales opportunities.
  • Ask homeowners for permission to place yard signs and support radius marketing efforts.
  • Request five-star reviews from satisfied homeowners at project completion.

Outcomes & Success Metrics

Winning in this role means consistently producing these results:

  • Budget Performance: 100% or better

  • Monthly Revenue Produced:

  • Minimum: $84,000

  • Target: $125,000

  • Elite: $167,000

  • Final Collection: Within 48 hours of completion

  • Positive Reviews from Approved Platforms

  • Minimum: 10% of projects

  • Target: 15% of projects

  • Elite: 20% of projectd

Personality Fit

The right person is structured, confident, and detail-oriented.

You like having clear systems to follow, but you can also make decisions when problems arise in the field. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and are comfortable holding both yourself and others accountable.

You notice details others miss. You follow through on commitments. And you understand that managing a project means managing both the work and the homeowner’s experience.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Have residential remodeling, home improvement, construction, or field project management experience.
  • Enjoy leading crews and holding clear standards.
  • Are organized enough to manage multiple active projects and deadlines.
  • Communicate confidently with homeowners, crews, Sales Representatives, Expediters and internal team members.
  • Are comfortable managing budgets, collections, documentation, and quality control.
  • Can make sound decisions when plans change or problems arise.
  • Use technology comfortably, including CRMs, photos, mobile apps, email, and text.
  • Take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
  • Want your performance to be measured by results.

This Role Is NOT for You If You…

  • Avoid difficult conversations with crews or homeowners.
  • Struggle with details, paperwork, CRM notes, or documentation.
  • Wait until problems become urgent before communicating.
  • Need constant direction to keep projects moving.
  • Are uncomfortable discussing money or collecting payment.
  • Prefer to stay in the office rather than regularly visiting active job sites.
  • Blame Sales, crews, customers, or the office when something goes wrong.
  • Believe completing the physical work is enough, regardless of the customer experience.

What We Offer

  • $43,000 annual base salary, paid weekly.
  • Project-based commissions tied to performance.
  • Monthly and annual performance incentive opportunities.
  • Additional earning opportunities through approved add-on sales.
  • Clear systems, expectations, and measurable performance standards.
  • Training and coaching to help you succeed in the role.
  • A performance-driven environment where ownership, quality, communication, and customer experience matter.
