Are you the one everybody calls when it has to be done right?

We're looking for tradesmen who take pride in their work. The kind of person who sees a trim joint that's a little off and fixes it even though nobody else would catch it. Who shows up on time, works clean, and leaves the job better than they found it.

Landmark owns and renovates a few hundred rental units across Grand Rapids. Turns, full renovations, maintenance. Real work every day, all year. No chasing your next job.

Pay is based on what you can actually do
Apprentice: $20 to $25
Journeyman: $25 to $30
Crew Leader: $30 to $35

Most of our hires start between $25 and $32. Not based on what your resume says. Based on what you show us. And if you want to move up, there's a clear path here.

Full time, W2, steady hours. Benefits available after your introductory period.

How we hire
First, show us your work. Photos of jobs you've done and references we can call.
Then come work with us for a paid 2 week trial. You'll see how we run. We'll see how you run. If it's a fit, we'll both know.

What we expect
Show up every day, on time
Work clean and in the right order. Rework costs everybody.
Send updates with photos. If it's not documented, it didn't happen.
Never stand around waiting. There's always something to do.
Respect our residents. You're working in people's homes.
