- Assist with structural repairs and modifications under appropriate supervision.
- Follow proper construction methods and safety procedures when performing framing and structural work.
- Finish Carpentry & Woodworking
- Install interior and exterior doors, jambs, casing, baseboards, crown molding, and other architectural trim.
- Assist with cabinet installation, shelving, built-ins, and other custom carpentry projects.
- Perform accurate measuring, cutting, fitting, and fastening of finish materials.
- Install stair components, handrails, and decorative woodwork as assigned.
- Maintain clean, precise workmanship with attention to joints, alignment, spacing, and finished appearance.
- Assist with custom woodworking and detailed finish carpentry when required.

- Perform painting preparation, minor painting, surface repairs, and other finishing tasks.
- Flooring & General Remodeling Tasks
- Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and other common residential flooring products.
- Assist with installation of cabinets, fixtures, hardware, shelving, and accessories.
- Perform minor exterior repairs, weatherproofing, and other general carpentry tasks.
- Assist plumbing, electrical, and specialty trade professionals with related preparation or finishing work when appropriate and legally permitted.
