Residential Remodeling Project Manager

Four Seasons Building & Remodeling is hiring a Residential Remodeling Project Manager in Greenville, SC. You will own several homeowner projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough, keeping schedules, job costs, quality, and communication on track. This is an in-person, field-based role with regular site visits.

Base pay within the listed range depends on demonstrated experience and ability to manage projects independently. Performance-based bonuses are available; details will be discussed during the hiring process.

What you will do

• Build realistic schedules and coordinate the sequence of subcontractors and materials.

• Read plans, scopes, and specifications; confirm trades understand the work before starting.

• Track labor, material, and subcontractor costs against estimates; flag overruns early and help manage change orders.

• Visit jobsites regularly, inspect workmanship, resolve field issues, and keep sites organized and safe.

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and the office; document progress, decisions, and delays.

• Drive projects to a clean closeout with strong customer satisfaction and minimal callbacks.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience independently managing residential remodeling or custom home construction projects.

• Strong job costing, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills.

• Ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple active projects.

• Sound field judgment, attention to quality, and professional homeowner communication.

• A personal vehicle for regular Greenville-area jobsite visits. A company gas card is provided for work-related fuel.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
