We’re partnering with a well-established home services company in the Kansas City area that’s growing its residential sales team. This is a consultative, in-home sales role. You’ll meet homeowners, learn what they need, and walk them through solutions that make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
• Delivering a structured presentation and tailoring it to each family’s needs
• Handling questions and objections, and closing the sale
• Identifying upsell opportunities where they genuinely fit

What we’re looking for:

• In-home or consultative sales experience (strongly preferred, but not required)
• Someone who builds rapport fast and enjoys people
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and willing to follow a proven system
• Comfortable working evenings and some weekends, since that’s when homeowners are home
