Duties

• Install, repair, and replace various types of siding including vinyl, metal, and fiber cement on residential properties.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and secure siding materials.
• Adhere strictly to construction safety protocols, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, and other fall protection equipment.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining proper safety procedures for outdoor work environments.

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation or related trades such as roofing or remodeling.
• Knowledge of construction interpreting technical drawings or blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred.
• Excellent safety protocol adherence skills to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others on-site.
• Valid experience interpreting technical drawings and working from detailed construction plans.
