We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Residential Supervisor to assist in managing the residential facility and provide personal leadership to Indigenous trainees, focusing on their wellbeing, motivation, and personal development. This role is pivotal in supporting trainees to build life skills, maintain employment, and successfully complete their traineeship.
