What they need

Help people live their best lives—and guide a team while you’re at it.
We’re looking for a Residential Supervisor who believes in people, purpose, and potential. At Pride, Inc., you won’t just be supervising team members—you’ll be leading a mission. You’ll ensure individuals with developmental disabilities are supported in a way that encourages autonomy, dignity, and meaningful life choices.

This is a leadership role for someone who:

  • Knows that growth isn’t just personal—it’s shared.
  • Leads by example, mentors with heart, and manages with purpose.
  • Can juggle scheduling, team development, individualized service plans, and meaningful community involvement—and still make time to connect.

What you’ll do:

  • Supervise and support a team of direct care professionals.
  • Ensure services empower people to make their own decisions, take healthy risks, and live full lives.
  • Guide individualized plans, ensure rights and safety are respected, and bring creativity to teaching daily living skills.
  • Organize staff trainings, promote teamwork, and help people explore new opportunities in work, living, and relationships.
  • Be part of a nationally accredited, person-centered agency where outcomes actually matter.

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field preferred.
  • Supervisory experience and a passion for developmental services.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a willingness to jump in when needed.
