What they need
Residential Support Staff – $16.90/hour
We are looking for a caring, reliable person to work in a residential home supporting ambulatory and highly independent adults with developmental disabilities.
Duties may include companionship, supervision, transportation, household support, and assisting residents with their daily needs and activities.
Residents are highly independent and often spend their time relaxing in their bedrooms, watching TV, attending day programs, going to appointments, or participating in community activities. As a result, much of the shift may involve availability time, while staff remain present and ready to provide support when needed.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, compassionate, and has a genuinely caring heart.
Fingerprint/background clearance is required. Drivers are preferred.
Pay: $16.90 per hour
Pay: $200.00 - $2,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
