• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
• Support residents with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and balanced diets tailored to individual needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a warm, welcoming environment
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through routine cleaning tasks to ensure health and safety standards are met
• Observe and document residents’ health status, behaviors, and any changes, reporting concerns promptly to supervisors
• Implement care plans designed by healthcare professionals, adapting support as needed for each individual's requirements

Experience

• Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is highly desirable
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or acquired brain injuries enhances your ability to provide effective support
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques and medication administration procedures is advantageous
• Demonstrated caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable populations
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties and meal preparation as part of holistic care provision
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and families
