Residential Support Workers
Full Time and Part-time
We are a small residential disability support service in the Franklin area offering long term care with 24-hour support.
The people we support have complex needs and require a high level of support and supervision at home and out in the community.
We aim to create a warm family environment with our philosophy of love dignity and respect.
We are seeking staff who have a sensible and caring nature and want to improve someone’s quality of life by cultivating their strengths and aspirations.
Shifts include paid sleep overs of $185.20. Need to be available for all shifts as flexibility is part of our criteria. Opportunity for further training and development. Must have full NZ drivers’ licence and be physically fit. Experience not needed, but desired.
