About the Role

As a Lead Exterior Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for leading job sites while delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services. You'll represent Spit N' Shine ATX in the field, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Requirements

• Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or exterior cleaning preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
• Comfortable working on ladders and around multi-story homes and commercial buildings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must own a reliable pickup truck capable of transporting ladders, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects
• Perform professional window cleaning
• Complete pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, patios, buildings, and commercial surfaces
• Perform exterior house washing using proper soft washing techniques
• Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning equipment safely
• Inspect completed work to ensure every job meets company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout each project
• Train and assist newer technicians as the company grows
• Maintain clean company vehicles, equipment, and job sites
• Represent Spit N' Shine ATX with professionalism and integrity
