Resilience Testing Professional

Requirements:
Core Experience Required

1. FCA Operational Resilience (UK) Knowledge
   o Strong understanding of impact tolerances
   o Experience in mapping business services
   o Familiarity with scenario testing cycles
   o Awareness of CMORG / Bank of England stress and scenario expectations
2. Hands-on Scenario Testing (End-to-End Ownership)
   Candidates must have led scenario testing cycles, not merely participated. This includes:
   o Designing severe-but-plausible scenarios such as:
   Third-party failure
   Cyber disruption
   Data corruption / integrity loss
   People or site unavailability
   o Demonstrated experience integrating testing across:
   Business services
   Technology dependencies
   Third-party ecosystems
   Behavioural Expectations
   Strong analytical capabilities
   Sound understanding of risk frameworks
   Ability to independently lead testing exercises
