Resort Front Desk Manager — $22–$25/hour, Full-time Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center, Alexandria, MN Reports to: General Manager Overview Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center is a lakeside resort in Alexandria, Minnesota with hotel rooms, townhomes, cottages, an indoor waterpark, golf, and conference facilities. We're hiring a Resort Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team and own the guest experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities - Lead, schedule, and coach the front desk team across all shifts - Oversee daily front office operations: check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest communication - Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally - Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments on rooms and guest requests - Manage cash handling, payment processing, and shift reconciliations - Ensure front office procedures and service standards are followed consistently - Train new front desk associates Qualifications - Previous hotel front desk experience required - Management or supervisory experience required - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Hotel PMS experience preferred - Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays What Success Looks Like - Every guest gets a warm, seamless arrival and departure - The front desk runs smoothly on every shift, with issues resolved before they escalate - A trained, motivated team that's proud of the service they deliver Benefits - Dental, health, and vision insurance - PTO - Retirement plan - Employee discount Work location: In-person, Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center, Alexandria, MN.
