Resort Gardener

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Gardener to help keep our GemLife resorts looking their best. You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and working across premium resort environments while being part of a supportive, hands-on team.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Caring for established gardens and grounds
• Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting
• Regular hedging, mowing, garden maintenance, pool care & general grounds upkeep
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards

This role is full time, Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm working hours.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have

• Previous gardening, landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Comfortable undertaking hands-on outdoor work, including regular hedging and mowing
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks throughout the day
• A keen eye for detail and pride in presentation
• A friendly, team-focused mindset
