In this hands-on role, you'll help preserve the pristine landscapes of our sacred retreat property while ensuring a peaceful, well-maintained environment for all who visit. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESORT GROUNDSKEEPER

• Experience and knowledge about landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field
• Knowledge and familiarity with irrigation
• Personal integrity
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to troubleshoot when issues arise
• Ability to operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Ability to interact with other staff
• Ability to manage tasks working in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in culturally sensitive environments

As a Resort Groundskeeper, your day is centered on ensuring the natural beauty of our property is thoughtfully preserved and consistently maintained. You monitor and adjust irrigation systems to keep the grounds healthy, address seasonal upkeep needs, and carry out landscape maintenance that aligns with the serene and intentional feel of the resort. Whether managing pond clarity, trimming overgrowth, or addressing weather-related impacts, your attention to detail plays a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
