Resort Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years' experience in hospitality or hotel management.
• Strong knowledge of villa operations, including property management software systems.
• Excellent guest relations skills with ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Proven track record in increasing revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
