What they need
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: 8 - 10 years of experiences in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 - 5 years in a GM, Resort Manager, or EAM role.
- Core Skills: Proven track record in operational management, revenue optimization, budget control, and team leadership.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing remote island resorts or luxury boutique properties.
- background in pre-opening phases or resort development projects.
- Familiarity with PMS platforms, revenue management tools, and reporting systems.
- Willing to placement in Sumba
