Resort Manager / Hotel Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Resort Manager to join a world-class hospitality destination known for its exceptional guest experiences, outstanding service standards, and innovative approach to luxury hospitality. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality leaders with a strong operational background and deep knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, who are passionate about creating memorable guest journeys and leading high-performing teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership position such as Resort Manager, Hotel Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Operations, or a similar executive role
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resort Manager within a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of luxury resort operations, guest experience management, and service excellence
• Deep knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including multi-outlet management, concept development, service standards, guest engagement, revenue generation, cost control, and commercial performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large multicultural teams while maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and business planning
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• French or German language skills are highly preferred
