1. Assist in Recruitment of resort staff in all departments and functions
2. Training& Grooming service staff + House Keeping Staff
3. Front office dept checkin and checkout process
4. Customer Interactions and taking their feedback into consideration.
5. Generating Reports Financial, Operational, Guest satisfaction rating, etc
6. Evaluate operational and financial performance.
7. Purchases& Stock taking F&B, Housekeeping, keeping costs in control
8. House-keeping dept Daily checking resort, rooms for cleanliness, hygiene & order
9. F&B Restaurant setup, food service, kot & billing, Inventory checking.
10. Handling inbound sales online calling, sales visits of guests. Convert leads to bookings.

Skill-set required

1. Highly motivated, Goal-oriented executive with a proven track record of achieving operating targets.
2. Language proficiency both spoken & written: English, Hindi, Marathi
3. MS-Word, Email Marketing, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)
