Job Title: Property Supervisor
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily resort operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and supporting smooth hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily resort activities and staff performance.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, bookings, and enquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of cottages and common areas.
- Monitor swimming pool, play area, and other guest facilities.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff.
- Monitor supplies, inventory, and property equipment.
- Ensure guests follow resort rules and safety guidelines.
- Prepare daily reports on bookings, guest feedback, and operational issues.
- Report important matters to management.
Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
