Resource Coordinator

About the role

Custom Care Nursing are looking for someone who is proactive and innovative to join our team as a relief Resource Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with a wide range of people, has great initiative and time management, and is flexible with how their days are structured. You will be based out of our Head Office in Hastings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cover for Resource Coordinators when they are on leave.
• Coordinate services for clients to ensure supports are provided in a timely manner.
• Allocation of most appropriate Support Workers with clients.
• Undertake reporting as required and ensuring timeframes are met.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist with After Hours Coordination as required.
• Support Resource Coordinators with workloads when not required for leave cover.

About you

• Great people and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Competency with MS Office and ability to learn new databases.
• Flexible with daily structure to cover areas as required.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and ability to work within timeframes.
• Based in Hawke's Bay.
