RESOURCE COORDINATOR

Summary: The Resource Coordinator communicates with and schedules qualified internal customers for onsite events based on event-specific criteria. He/she is responsible for confirming event details with field technician 24 hours prior to event.

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Essential Job Duties

• Contact and schedule field technicians for onsite events
• Manage and negotiate labor rate per event per established budget
• Negotiate additional costs including miscellaneous materials acquired by field technicians, travel and lodging fees
• Provide escalations regarding scheduling conflicts including cancellations, reschedules and budget issues
• Recruit, develop and train new and existing field technicians
• Participate in Technician (Roster) Review Meetings
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 2-3 years of technical customer support

High school diploma or equivalent required

Supervisory Accountability: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This position requires extended time sitting and working on a computer with repetitive motion. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.

**Work Environment:**This job operates in an office or home setting.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. As an exempt position, additional time may be required to complete job duties.

Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
