Resource Coordinator

Resource Coordinator Schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Location: Onsite

Position Overview The Resource Coordinator will support a workforce of 60+ employees by managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce coordination. This role works closely with the customer and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met, employees are properly supported, and workforce retention remains a priority.

The ideal candidate has experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee assignments.
• Coordinate staffing needs, workforce planning, and scheduling with the customer.
• Address employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Ensure employees complete required training and receive necessary equipment, IT tools, and uniforms.
• Maintain accurate employee assignments and records in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with payroll and billing teams to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
• Monitor performance evaluations and communicate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Immediately escalate safety concerns and HR issues to management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to meet changing business needs and support team success.

Pay: $26 - $30/hr Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, workforce coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make informed decisions.
• Professional, proactive, results-oriented, and team-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with workforce planning and scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Additional Requirement: Steel-toed shoes or boots are required when walking through the warehouse.
