Resource Engineer Intern

RESOURCE ENGINEER (OJT)

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Currently enrolled in a BS Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering.

·         Must be an incoming 3rd or 4th year student.

·         Amenable to report in DMCI Homes Head Office at Bangkal, Makati City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manpower Monitoring

·         Assists in recording daily time records

·         Tracks man-hours per activity (regular, overtime, night duty)

·         Supports the preparation of weekly manpower reports

Documentation & Reporting

·         Organizes construction manpower reports

·         Encodes data in spreadsheets or systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI data inputs)

Learning & Development

·         Learns basic construction manpower resource balancing principles

·         Observes proper work procedures and productivity practices

·         Performs other related tasks as assigned by engineers or supervisors
