What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end project resource planning, including cost, schedule, manpower, and overall resource allocation.
• Coordinate project interfaces, documentation, and delivery integration to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate and negotiate effectively with project managers, cross-functional teams, factories, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Apply project management tools to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct data analysis and AI-supported applications to improve planning efficiency and project outcomes.
• Support AI-driven and digital management initiatives within project execution.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of experience in large-scale project management.
• Proven experience in resource and manpower management across complex projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Strong capability in AI and digital management, including data analysis applications.
• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
• Proficiency in applying modern project management tools.
• TOEIC score of 750 or above.
