• Manage end-to-end resource fulfilment aligned with business and delivery needs.
• Oversee resource deployment, billing, and headcount planning.
• Drive Strategic Experience Management initiatives and service improvements.
• Monitor utilization, service levels, turnaround times, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Planning & Optimization
• Forecast demand and plan capacity across skill sets.
• Optimize bench utilization and resource redeployment.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and workforce planning.
• Performance & Stakeholder Management
• Define and track KPIs for utilization, productivity, and performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with delivery leads.
• Manage stakeholder discussions, governance, and staffing escalations.
• Data & Analytics
• Maintain dashboards and reports for resource availability, utilization, and forecasting.
• Use data-driven insights to support planning and continuous improvement.
• Skills & Attributes
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end resource management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA (HR).
• 12-14 years of overall experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Exposure to short- and long-term resource planning is an advantage.

Mode of Work:

Mandatory Work from Office 4 days.
