Resource Nurse

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of older people? Presbyterian Support South Canterbury is seeking Resource Nurses to work across all our Enliven Homes. This position can cover mornings, afternoons or nights and is for 60 hours per fortnight with opportunities for additional shifts. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building warm, trusted relationships with residents and their families
• Supporting residents to live with independence, dignity, and purpose
• Providing safe, person-centred clinical care
• Collaborating with a close-knit team of Enrolled Nurses and Caregivers
• Contributing to a positive, family-like environment guided by the Eden Alternative philosophy
• Ensuring care plans, assessments, and documentation reflect each resident’s unique needs
