RESOURCE PLANNER

• Prepare event-wise manpower forecasts based on venue size, event type, cleaning requirements and service duration.
• Analyze historical manpower data and current event calendars to prepare accurate staffing plans.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Management and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare and communicate manpower plans to internal teams and manpower suppliers.
• Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure manpower deployment matches operational requirements.
• Monitor manpower budgets and identify deviations from forecasts.
• Track planned vs. actual manpower utilization for each event.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyze manpower trends and resource utilization.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in workforce planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Planning, Operations Planning, Manpower Planning, or similar roles.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas and data analysis.
• Experience in manpower forecasting, budgeting and reporting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage changing requirements.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and deadlines.
