About the Role

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated individual with high attention to detail to join our supportive, close-knit Resource Planning team.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting suitable candidates for shutdown and project works
• Plan and organize manning for scheduled shutdowns and project work
• Onboarding of new employees
• Mobilization to sites, as per site specific compliances
• Data Entry and Filing
• Maintaining site spreadsheets
• Monitoring and updating employee records.
• Answer and direct overflow phone calls.
• Booking medicals, training and flights, when required
• General office duties as required

Essential Criteria:

• Ability to work in a busy environment and able to multi-task.
• High attention to detail
• Can work effectively in high pressure situations.
• Can think ahead approaching upcoming tasks without being prompted
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous two years’ experience working in a similar role is advantageous, however, ongoing training will be provided.
• Previous experience using Rapid Crews, preferred but not essential
