Resource Planning

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and motivated Resource Planner to join our Resource Planning Department. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating people and resources, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule instructor deployments and daily assignments
• Coordinate manpower and resources to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Provide daily operational and administrative support
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met
• Follow up with internal departments and stakeholders on work progress
• Handle ad-hoc operational duties and planning assignments as required

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in resource planning, operations, scheduling, administration, or a similar field is an advantage
• Quick-thinking, resourceful, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and prompt responses
• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
