Resource Planning (Contractor) SPX Express

• Analyze recruitment progress of fleet and agents to identify capacity gaps and support hub manpower planning.
• Analyze operational data and work with the project team to develop data-driven strategies to optimize fleet and hub capacity.
• Analyze, validate, and consolidate subcontractor agent suitability data to support manpower planning and decision-making.
• Monitor, analyze, and report daily fleet and hub capacity, identifying trends, gaps, and operational risks.
• Analyze and track subcontractor agent fulfillment and attendance performance to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze manpower demand and strategically allocate agents to seller sites, especially large sellers and key business partners, based on operational requirements.
• Monitor and analyze manpower availability to identify capacity gaps and ensure operational needs are met.
• Analyze asset utilization and control supportive assets for on-site operations to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare monthly asset management analysis and insights to support operational planning and new business initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize resource utilization costs, identifying cost drivers and opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field; relevant fields such as Business, Economics, or related disciplines are a plus.
• Open to new graduates or candidates with 1+ year of experience, preferably in data analysis, operations, workforce planning, or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Google Sheets, data visualization, or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Logical and structured thinking, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large or complex datasets.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn, with an interest in using data and technology to improve operational efficiency.
