What they need
Make every career journey start brilliantly
Ready to bring energy, compassion and a human touch to recruitment?
This is more than a coordination role. As our Resourcing Advisor, you’ll help shape someone’s very first experience of Community Housing—from discovering an opportunity to joining the team on day one.
You’ll be at the centre of a fast-moving, people-focused service: creating eye-catching adverts, keeping vacancies on track, supporting interviews and assessment centres, and making offers and onboarding feel seamless. Along the way, you’ll build great relationships with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues—and help us find smarter ways to recruit.
What makes this role exciting?
· Variety: no two vacancies (or days) will be the same.
· Impact: your work will directly influence our candidate experience and employer reputation.
· Creativity: you’ll help turn opportunities into engaging adverts and campaigns.
· Connection: you’ll work across the organisation and be a trusted point of contact.
· Improvement: your ideas will help make recruitment simpler, faster and even more inclusive.
You’ll thrive here if you…
· Love bringing order to busy workloads and keeping every detail on track.
· Communicate warmly and confidently with people at every stage of their journey.
· Have experience in recruitment, resourcing, HR administration or another people-focused service.
· Care about fairness, inclusion and creating an outstanding candidate experience.
· Are confident with Microsoft Office and keen to use recruitment or HR systems.
Bring your ideas. Make your mark.
You’ll join a collaborative People & Culture team where your contribution is valued and our RESPECT values shape how we work. You’ll have the chance to grow your resourcing knowledge, get involved in campaigns and careers events, and play a visible part in attracting the people who make a difference in our communities.
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office. Part time will be considered (minimum 22.5 hours per week).
If you’re ready to create brilliant first impressions and help great people find their place with us, we’d love to hear from you.
