Job Summary

Performs respiratory therapy procedures on patients with diverse needs and physical abnormalities.

Key Duties

• Administers respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitors patient responses and adjusts treatments accordingly.
• Maintains accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress.
• Ensures equipment is properly sanitized and functioning.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program (required).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy.

Certification/Licensure

• Respiratory Care Practitioner license from the State of Texas (required).
• Registered Respiratory Therapist License (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required within thirty days of start date).
