Respiratory Therapist — Full-Time or Part-Time

Full-Time Salary: $44,000–$50,000 per year

We are a growing healthcare company specializing in sleep apnea treatment, seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our well-established team. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide personalized patient care in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

This is not an entry-level position. A minimum of two years of respiratory therapy experience is required.

Applicants must live in Katy or West Houston.

Responsibilities

• Set up and educate patients on CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and SV ADAPT equipment.
• Read and understand sleep studies to support patient care.
• Assist with mask fitting, equipment use, and troubleshooting.
• Provide compassionate guidance to help patients succeed with therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• At least two years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Experience with CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and SV ADAPT equipment.
• Ability to read and understand sleep studies.
• RRT credential and BLS certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Professional, articulate, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
• Must reside in Katy or West Houston and have dependable transportation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but are not required.

Schedule and Benefits

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling. Full-time positions include eight-hour shifts.
