Vos missions

• Prendre la responsabilité de l’activité assemblage du site et contribuer directement à la performance industrielle
• Manager et animer une équipe d’environ 30 collaborateurs
• Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs en matière de qualité, coûts, délais et sécurité
• Structurer l’organisation et accompagner l’évolution du site dans une logique de performance durable

Vos responsabilités

• Superviser et coordonner l’activité quotidienne de l’atelier assemblage
• Manager les équipes avec une forte présence terrain et une communication claire
• Développer les compétences, favoriser la polyvalence et accompagner les équipes au quotidien
• Mettre en place des structures claires, des routines de pilotage et des indicateurs de performance pertinents
• Suivre, analyser et animer les indicateurs de performance (KPI) de votre périmètre
• Piloter des projets d’amélioration continue et d’optimisation des processus
• Animer les réunions d’équipe et les chantiers de résolution de problèmes
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes production, méthodes et industrialisation, qualité et logistique
• Être un interlocuteur clé du comité de direction sur les sujets liés à l’assemblage

Votre profil

• Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans dans la gestion et l’animation d’équipes industrielles
• Expérience indispensable en management de terrain
• Personnalité présente, communicative et à l’aise dans l’animation d’équipes
• Capacité à structurer une activité et à faire vivre des organisations claires
• Leadership naturel, orienté résultats et amélioration continue
• Envie de faire avancer l’entreprise et de contribuer activement à son développement
• Formation ingénieur ou technique souhaitée, sans être strictement indispensable
• À l’aise dans un environnement industriel exigeant et opérationnel
