Our client is an international banking software provider whose Core Banking solution is used by financial institutions worldwide.

To support its international commercial activities, the company is looking for a Business Solution Manager able to combine banking knowledge, technical understanding and strong client-facing skills.

Working closely with the Sales teams, you will intervene throughout the pre-sales process: from the analysis of client requirements and preparation of RFP responses through to presentations, demonstrations and commercial discussions.

Your responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and coordinate the preparation of RFI/RFP responses, often involving detailed and complex documentation.
• Understand the client’s banking environment and translate its needs into clear and relevant solution proposals.
• Once an opportunity is qualified, prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations and workshops to prospective clients.
• Adapt your communication to a wide range of stakeholders, from IT specialists and Heads of IT to senior management and C-level executives, translating technical concepts into understandable banking and business language.
• Support Sales teams during the different stages of the sales process, including client discussions and negotiations.
• Prepare and adapt business scenarios and demonstration environments according to client requirements.
• Work on a variety of international opportunities within a broader sales pipeline of around 40 to 50 active projects worldwide, approximately 80% of them conducted in English.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Management and technical teams and share relevant client and market feedback.

Your profile

You combine a good understanding of the financial sector with a genuine interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand complex software solutions. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in banking, financial services, consulting or banking software.
• A solid understanding of banking processes and the ability to quickly grasp new business areas.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work through detailed and sometimes lengthy documentation.
• A good command of SQL, together with very good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact with both technical experts and senior decision-makers.
• Curiosity and a strong appetite for learning, particularly in relation to banking products and technology.
• The organisation and resilience required to manage several priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• A collaborative, pragmatic and client-oriented approach.
• The professional maturity and credibility required to represent the company effectively in client-facing situations.
