Responsable de projet technique

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technical Project Leader to manage analytical method development, validation, and transfer projects in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

• Lead analytical development and validation projects.
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods using HPLC, UPLC, GC, and other relevant techniques.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and ICH guidelines.
• Prepare and review validation protocols, technical reports, and analytical documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and resolve technical issues.

Profile & Requirements:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytical method development and validation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC and knowledge of analytical method validation parameters.
• Good understanding of GMP requirements, ICH guidelines (Q2/Q14), and data integrity principles.
• Experience in technical project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
