Project Management & Maintenance

• Managing projects: Scheduling, managing and coordinating end-to-end site development and redevelopment projects.
• Ensuring performance: Guaranteeing the continuous availability of production-related technical facilities and equipment, in order to ensure optimal operation in strict compliance with best practices.
• Being a proactive force: Providing daily and innovative solutions to optimize site maintenance, strengthen the security of property and people, and control energy consumption.

Monitoring of Works & Investments

• Supervise execution: Ensure the operational monitoring of development and renovation projects, from the validation of the need to the final acceptance. You ensure strict compliance with technical, safety, hygiene, quality, cost and time constraints.
• Planning investments: developing the annual investment program for upgrading facilities and optimizing production spaces.
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring continuous technological and regulatory monitoring across all buildings and facilities.

Management & Leadership
