Experience

• Proven managerial experience within residential children’s homes required
• Demonstrable leadership and supervising experience
• Experience in registered manager role within a children’s home
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Compassionate approach with excellent organisational and communication skills

This role is ideal for a motivated individual committed to delivering exceptional effective management and compassionate leadership and supervision to the Registered Manager.
