1. Proven experience with various fund structures

2. Deep understanding of Hong Kong regulatory requirements

3. Strong background in fund management

4. Excellent relationship and track record of working with the SFC

Qualifications & experience

任職要求：

1. 必須持有香港證監會第1類、第4類及第9類牌照

2. 最少5年RO經驗

3. 深入瞭解SFC註冊和持續合規要求

4. 熟悉OFC和SPC架構

5. 具備KYC與AML的豐富風控及管理經驗

6. 精通 CRS 標準，具備豐富的稅務識別與申報經驗

7. 必須為香港永久居民

8. 普通話,粵語和英語流利

9. 優先考慮海外或香港學歷

Job Requirements:

1. Must hold SFC License Types 1, 4, and 9;

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Responsible Officer (RO);

3. Deep understanding of SFC registration and ongoing compliance requirements;

4. Familiarity with OFC and SPC structures;

5. Extensive risk control and management experience in KYC and AML;

6. Proficient in CRS standards with rich experience in tax identification and reporting;

7. Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident;

8. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;

9. Overseas or Hong Kong educational background preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a Responsible Officer (RO) for SFC Type 1, Type 4, and Type 9 regulated activities;

2. Manage private fund registration and ongoing compliance;

3. Oversee the setup and management of HK OFC and Cayman SPC structures;

4. Liaise with the SFC and maintain strong regulatory relationships;

5. Coordinate cross-border investment operations;

6. Manage relationships with service providers and investment team;
